The Prime Minister said that due to the digital revolution and the influence of social media, information equality has become a norm. With AI, information creation is also becoming equally easy, making citizens informed and empowering them to keep track of all government activities. Therefore, civil servants need to keep themselves updated with the latest technological developments to meet the improving standards, in which Mission Karmayogi can prove to be helpful. He emphasized the need to adopt new thinking and a citizen-centric approach. He mentioned taking help from startups, research agencies and youth to get new ideas.
