Indian agriculture is at a turning point, under the double pressure of having to feed a rising population while being internationally competitive.

Passing Gifts, active in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, and Koraput districts, supports rural livelihoods through backyard poultry, goat rearing, and spice value chains.

Chouhan stated that over the past 10 years, crop production has increased from 246.42 million tonnes to 353.96 million tonnes.

This project will help the country recover from this flood and build resilience to future floods by addressing damages to infrastructure, agriculture, and livelihoods in Eastern districts.
